Resources for the Journey
Compiled by Glen Kinoshita, Director of Multi-Ethnic Programs, Biola University
On our journey together to build the Kingdom of God, we encounter many challenges in understanding ourselves and our society. The written word is an important resource to draw from as we process issues of racial reconciliation, building a just society and understanding people of other cultures. The following list of books is a sampling of resources that ask tough questions and deal with real life issues by Christians and non-Christians alike. Topics here will range from ethnic identity development, institutional racism, racial reconciliation, and the meaning of Biblical justice.
