Email Phishing Scam Alert
The bad guys are after your personal information again. Read this and be safe.

From Biola IT HelpDesk:
It has been reported that people are receiving emailed phishing scams. The subject usually says something like “Dear biola.edu User” and the body of the message requests that you enter or verify your personal information. If you have received an email like this, please know that (1) it is NOT from Biola IT, (2) Biola IT will never ask for your password, and (3) it is very common for these email scams to be redistributed at a later date with only slightly different content, such as a different subject or return address.
Please avoid responding to these types of emails and delete them from your mailbox. If you have already responded to one of these emails, please change your password within the FirstClass client. If you need assistance changing your password, contact the IT Helpdesk. For more information on specific phishing attacks within the last 48 hours please refer to the following links on the Biola IT website.
